We want you to love your new super soft Y.O.U undies and hope that they fit perfectly. However we understand that isn’t always the case, so we offer a happiness guaranteed return policy. 

If you are unhappy for any reason, we offer a fuss-free exchange or refund on all items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Simply return them to us at the address below, along with your name and order number:

Unfortunately, as a small business we can’t cover the cost of returning the items to us. However we do pay for your replacement undies to go out. 

We ask that all briefs are tried on over your own underwear in the interest of health and hygiene. Please try on bras before applying deodorant to avoid marking an item you may wish to return. Please don’t wash anything before trying an item if you may want to return it.

We can’t re-sell any items that are worn, marked or washed and so not in an ‘as new’ condition. This just creates unnecessary waste and costs us money as a small business.

• Earrings and menstrual cups are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• We have the right to refuse a refund if the item is in an unsatisfactory condition. Returns need to be made unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging - effectively in an 'as new' condition.
